1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OBM.my (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the services, including but not limited to browsing, purchasing, delivery, and after-sales support.

By using this website or making any purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility and User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or register an account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account credentials are secure.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal, billing, and shipping information.

3. Product Information and Pricing

• All product prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include SST unless stated otherwise.
• OBM.my reserves the right to change prices, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice.
• Images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may differ slightly in color, finish, or materials.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• All orders are subject to acceptance by OBM.my. We reserve the right to reject any order without explanation.
• Orders may be cancelled by OBM.my if:
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Payment fails or is reversed
  • Stock availability changes
  • Delivery cannot be made to the specified location

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
• FPX online banking
• E-wallets (e.g., TNG, Boost)
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services [if applicable]

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, product availability, or external disruptions.
• We are not liable for delays due to third-party logistics partners.
• You must inspect the products upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
• Missed delivery attempts or incorrect address information may result in additional delivery charges.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
• Custom-made, clearance, or promotional items are non-returnable
• Approved returns will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method
• Buyer bears return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.

8. Product Warranty

• Our products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.
• This warranty excludes:
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Self-damage, wear and tear
  • Water damage, unauthorized repairs, or modifications

Warranty claims require:

• Proof of purchase
• Clear photographic evidence
• Physical inspection (if needed)

9. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBM.my shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, profits, business, or data
• Incompatibility with other furniture, systems, or fittings

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on OBM.my, including logos, product images, design, descriptions, and system architecture, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights owned by OBM Group.

No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

11. User Content and Reviews

Users may submit reviews, feedback, or other content. By doing so:

• You grant OBM.my the right to use, reproduce, or display the content
• You agree that your content is not defamatory, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates our guidelines or terms

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supplier failures, or government restrictions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to OBM.my if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Cause reputational damage or interfere with platform operations

All outstanding obligations and rights shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on OBM.my with a revised effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
